Q: The wireless charger doesn’t work, it can’tcharge my phone?
A: Please check whether your phone supports wireless charging.
A: Please check if your phone with a metal case, if so, please remove it because metal can interfere with wireless charging.
A: Please check if the display light is flashing, if so please reposition your phone.
Q: Can I charge my phone with the case on?
A: The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 5mm (0.20 inches) thick. However, items such as magnetic/metal attachments/keys or credit cards can interfere with charging. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.
Q: Charging is not as fast as I expected, it’s slow?
A: Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have enabled the wireless fast charging feature.
Note:Fast charging requires a plug that supports QC2.0 or QC3.0 and the use of the included USB A TO Micro Usb charging cable, which means that if your adapter and charging cable do not support fast charging, then this wireless charger will only charge your phone wirelessly. This item comes with a USB A to Micro USB Cable, please insert this into a QC2.0/QC3.0 Fast Charging Adapter.

Return or exchange requests for eligible products must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, suitable for resale, and returned with all original accessories and components. Products should also be returned in their original packaging.
All returns require prior authorization. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, no-longer-needed, or incorrectly ordered items. Where Global Versa provides a return label, the disclosed label cost may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund.
For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, Global Versa may provide a replacement, replacement part, prepaid return label, shipping reimbursement, partial or full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.
