Return or exchange requests for eligible products must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, suitable for resale, and returned with all original accessories and components. Products should also be returned in their original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, no-longer-needed, or incorrectly ordered items. Where Global Versa provides a return label, the disclosed label cost may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund.

For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, Global Versa may provide a replacement, replacement part, prepaid return label, shipping reimbursement, partial or full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and should be received within 14 calendar days after the return has been received and inspected, or the claim has otherwise been approved.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

Most orders are processed within 0–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, may begin processing the same business day. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after an order has been processed and shipped. Based on our standard handling and transit times, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, UniUni, GOFO, or another available shipping partner depending on product availability, delivery location, and carrier coverage.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
